come on in...

Yesterday, Rosie and I planted the window box on the little house.
She had definite ideas of what should go where...
Which flower smells the sweetest? Let me see...
Would you like to come in?
I'll get the door...
Care for a 'cuppa' tea?
Have a wonderful weekend filled with lots of blue skies.

Oh my! There out to be a law against such cuteness. Seriously - you have the sweetest playhouse EVAH! (yea, I put on my fake New Jersey accent for that one - or maybe that's a New York accent or maybe Down East?) We have a playhouse too, but it is not nearly as cute as yours! I love the green floor! I'm inspired to paint our floor green too! Can I copy your floor please? Pretty please with a strawberry chandelier on top?????

Rosie is one lucky little girl! Even at my age, I'd be tempted to go live in that cute house!

I always wanted a little house like that, but I have very fond memories of this abaondoned guest house/storage shed that was at my childhood home. I had all this stored stuff set up like a house and would pick raddish and carrots from our garden to "cook" on the grill we kept in there.

My greatest memory was that I always forgot to throw the veggies away, so you can imagne the smell left behind. I loved playing in there though. I'm sure Rosie will have similiar wonderful memories when she grows up.

Love your blog, so I became a new follower.

The little cottage playhouse is almost as cute as your little Rosie. She has a great eye for flowers! :-) Years ago , my baby sister had a cute little green playhouse, and even though I was 8 years older than her, I'd crawl in there and play with her. Good memories.

Hi Molly,

Your little play house is adorable, and Rosie just makes it all the more cute and sweet! Did you buy this? Or did you say your husband constructed it? Sorry, I can't remember if I read that on your blog at one time or not?? What joy your girls must have with this sweet house!!!

I have been busy with Spring activities...baseball, family, sewing (baby gifts), and trying to fit in some Spring cleaning around this place! I hope you are doing well, sweet friend.

Wishing you a happy week!

xoxo...Gloria
